I guess you didn't know why the train as running late was because of that Siemens electric wasn't cooperating at departure Emeryville. Later No. 6 stopped (of all places!) in the middle of Gore Canyon for 30 or so mins. as the Siemens acted up again --- its microprocessor wasn't allowing lead P42 133 to communicate with following units 6 and 117. Luckily accompanying Siemens technicians were finally able to overcome that.

Thank you for the information, Steve. The train was also delayed a bit at Helper when an unruly passenger was removed from the train.

It looks like an import on its way out of the country. A silver stick of butter sandwiched between two Genesis units. Pretty shot, still!
