I'm happy to see IAIS 7081 is still retaining MOST of her Chinese appearance! I'm surprised to see that the water car and the boxcar got painted. What I'd do is repaint the boxcar in Rock Island colors (to embrace the heritage of the railroad), and then trade the tank with one of the spare water tenders at the Illinois Railway Museum.
