Would expect those boxes on top of cabs of lead unit are air conditioners. The question is, trailing unit is an electric, what's happening with it?

Good question! Bad luck for the train engineer! Same problem in Romania and not only... Train engineer`s conditions are awful due to lack of interest from rail authorities for securing the proper condition of driving a train!
