Its a ex LMS (London Midland and Scottish Railway) Jubilee class locomotive, in BR Crimson livery, possibly Leander Number (original LMS number!) 5690. I believe British Railways added a number 6 so making it 65690. I should imagine that this is a special charter train run by West Coast Railways, who run a lot of steam specials. Nice Picture.
