A 69 Camaro, what looks like a early to mid 60s Buick or Oldsmobile, a 1970's era Ford pickup and what looks like a 70's era Blazer. Had it not been for the back of the green Ford pickup, you could swear this photo was 10 years older. What is the leftover foundation in the foreground from? Looks like the size of a tower perhaps?

I believe that was the foundation for a storage shed (possibly a handcar/speeder shed). The tower was farther to the south where the NP and GN lines crossed by the signals and the GN depot was on the other side of the train near where the first two coal cars are.
