The milepost label on the signal on the right should be same on the crossing box on the left. That's odd.

That's normal to have different #'s like that! If you could see the opposing signal it would read 202.6. That's normal practice to have a tenth of a difference for opposite sides so eastbound the signal is 202.6 and westbound the signal is 202.7! I'm sure whoever painted that bungalow was going off the opposing mile pole.
