Congratulations to Piedmont and Northern Railway for their caring and love for children. Thanks goes, also, to the North Carolina Deptartment of Transportation for allowing this to become a "Dream Come True" for this little boy. No matter how long or short his life may be he will never forget the day he drove a real train. I am giving this my vote for PCA just because of the humanity of this photo.
