That second track must be the "roller coaster line". Derailment looking for a place to happen! Thank goodness for welded track.

That color green means that it is gas line about 4 to 6 inches in diameter.

@ f15chaser- They are currently rehabbing the whole yard and adding new tracks but all work will start again in Spring
