This must be one of the ex-BN SD45's that CNW bought, all of the SD45's CNW actually purchased had no dynamic brakes

CNW original SD45's were non-dynamic brake units and were in the 900 series. The 6500-6566 were originally PRR except for 6558-6561 which were Ex Reading. All went to CR and not all ever operated on CNW after they bought them from CR in 1982-1984. The 6472-6491 and 6567-6589 were the Ex BN's, some of which were originally CB&Q and GN.
