Is this ROW part of the "Rails to Trails" that's happening nationwide to convert abandoned ROW to public use? I live near the old B&O abandoned ROW that runs from Pittsburgh, Pa to Washington, DC. There's hundreds of miles of these trails nationwide to hike or ride bikes.
