I don't see LNG being a good thing right behind (between) locomotives. I wouldn't want to be that close to what amounts to a rolling bomb.

Question? What does PPE mean? Read an article about the testing of LNG power but have not seen or heard anything lately. Thanks for sharing.

When automobiles started using gasoline, some people thought it was too dangerous. LNG will undoubtedly go through the same phase. This is the way of innovation, especially with the new abundance of natural gas in the US. I only wish Hydrogen were farther along. BNSF was working on that, too. No wonder Warren Buffett bought in.
