Very appealing photograph with 88 passing through what looks like a nice neighborhood.

It is nice, in the Friedrichshagen district of former E. Berlin. Not too bad under communism either. Back then you could have a private business but not with more than 7 employees. In 1988 my son and I were there and ran across a woman doing a nice business selling waffles and commie cola (tasted like Fletcher's Castoria) through a hole in the wall of the front of her house. Was there again in 2006 and noticed her new sign. She gave up waffles to sell car insurance.
