Southern did not turn over to Amtrak until February 1, 1979 and MARC wasn't until 1983 so what you're looking at is power for the days Commuter run from Martinsburg or Baltimore and The Piedmont power, Southern trains 5 & 6 or possibly the mixed train 7 & 8 (pigs on rear of coaches ATL to ALX). This is 4 days BEFORE Amtrak so the B&O power possibly could have been one of their long haul trains too.
