Wow, an FT taking on water, or is it being used as a locomotive wash?

It was simply parked there for display though a day earlier, it got a good bath thanks to the museum staff and volunteers at the North Carolina Transportation Museum. The wash down, however, was by hose and not via the overhead spout!
