This is the second time in a matter of weeks that back to back power cars have been used to rescue the sleeper in daylight hours, 43149 and 43187 hauled 57310 and the beds from Exeter to Laira on December 15th 2014. Back to back power cars have also been used to haul the sleeper (with a 57 in tow) between London Paddington and Plymouth at least three times recently.
