That's a MOST interesting piece of engineering, and may well forecast what is to come in low emissions locomotives. It would look really good in Armour Yellow & gray.

Thewiz, you are right. Cartwright of GT1h created the same machine factory, that produced TEM7A. And as a base of bogies GT1h used TEM7's chassis.
