Great news hearing it'll be restored, but how many times in my life have I started a project and quit in the middle of it ?? Hopefully this ol' gal is back on the tracks and looking and running like before. Maybe someone will keep us updated ??

The White Elephant! I believe this was the first locomotive to wear NJ Transit disco stripes before they settles on the silver body paint vs the white.

It should be repainted back to its one of a kind njt white paint scheme. No offense to it southern herritage.
