Must be a high crime area. I have seen bars on house and business windows before below the border but never on their locomotives.

I was going to say, at least high vandalism, if not high crime - but then my brain finally realized, oh, vandalism is a crime. Pilot mounting of rerailing frog is unique. What I don't know at all is what the yellow triangular object with apparent handle in the bracket above frog is.

This is a turist area ,but never accidents ,trains run with bell and horn ,very slowly ,
