The deal here is that the Dynamic Duo are running lite from Tamaqua to West Milton via Shamokin while a pair of FP7s handle the passenger consist over the Catawissa Branch where the T1s were restricted. The T1s had to be turned for the eastward movement, at Gordon I think, and are thus running backwards. The location is Mt. Carmel Jct.
