I love everything about this paint scheme except for the mustard-yellow paint on the fans, horns, and cab roof. It seems out of place. Not sure what they were going for with that.

Based on the vehicles next to it, it could well be representing the color of the hoses on the fire truck, or emergency vehicle lights.
