Thanks for posting this great photo of the 2-foot-gauge Wiscasset Waterville and Farmington Brakeman tying down the brakes on this Box Car. These 2-foot -gauge lines,five in total of Maine, were the smallest in size of all the narrow gauge Railroads in the U.S. back in the day from 1890 to 1930.

Thanks for sharing this great photo of a Wascasset Waterville and Farmington Brakeman tying down the brakes on a 2-foot gauge Box Car. At one time there were 5-of these narrowest of gauge U.S.Railroads and Equipment in the state of Maine between 1890 and 1943.
