That's actually Sunset Jct., at the east end of the Latah Creek Bridge. Latah Jct. is at the west end of the bridge, where the lines to Wenatchee (ex-GN) and Pasco (ex-SP&S, western bank of Marshall Canyon) diverge. This shot is taken where the ex-NP Pasco line (east bank of Marshall Canyon) joins with the ex-SP&S Pasco line and ex-GN Wenatchee line (all as reconfigured after the BN merger at the time of the 1974 World's Fair), and is also (as can be seen stenciled on the signal cabinet in the background) the east end of EMPIRE siding on the ex-NP west bank Pasco line.
