Possibly a power plant transformer. Also it looks like there are counterweights on the front of the flatcar. If the center of gravity of the piece is not in the middle of the unit, counterweights need to be used if the unit needs to be centered on the flatcar for clearance purposes.

For whatever it's worth, the load is destined for Gallipolis, WV. It is getting handed off to the CSXT at Flint, MI.
