Posted by Mitch Goldman on March 11, 2016  Nice catch! I thought they had finished testing this locomotive on the West Trenton Line, a line fitting for to see Amtrak as it could once have been considered the second NEC, at one point reaching Newark, NJ and then NYC via ferry at Jersey City.
