A classic and a feast for the eyes! Love the E8, the station, the REA trucks - and the people in late sixties clothing!

The red and green Railway Express Agency vans are a nice touch.

I have to say "Ditto" about Mitch Goldman's comments. Wonderful photo, great piece of "time travel" captured and displayed here. One interesting thought as I look at this photo - the young lady in the Blue dress standing alone near the Station building, estimating her age to be between 10 and 12 years old (give or take 4) in 1968 when this photo was taken - she'd be in her late 50's to early 60's now. Wonder what her life story would be if she were found and interviewed? What would anybody in this photo say about their lives? Again, nice capture of an American scene never to be repeated.

Check out RPN photo # 553248 for another image taken earlier that same day at Hudson station.
