Great timing. But I am curious about the locomotive lights... or lack of. Neither set of lower (ditch?) lights is lit, and 632s upper lights seem very dim?

Ditch lights are not required to be lit on the NEC. Also, the LED lights of the ACS-64 units play tricks with cameras. They're very bright to the human eye but because LED lights like the ones on the ACS-64 and a lot of newer automobiles actually pulse on and off at a very high speed (faster than the human eye can pick up), depending on the shutter speed of the camera, some photos can look like the lights are not on or dim. Videos of ACS-64s often have the appearance of the lights to be flashing or blinking randomly. You don't see that with the naked eye though.
