Posted by Andy Heath on April 16, 2004  According to the Canadian Trackside Guide - 2004 (page 1-99 & page 3-20), VIA 6304 was renumbered from VIA 6509 and before that it was CN 6509. As CN 6509 this locomotive was renumbered 1967 for the Canadian Confederation Train during 1967.
