Most of the "baggage car"s are E8's, and there are plenty of Alco switchers and road switchers buried in there, too. Yugos first appeared in the US in 1985. My guess is that the auto rack is carrying 1978 Ford Fiestas. Posted by CSXNick on July 28, 2016  Looks like that Alco either caught on fire or spewed a bunch of oil.
