Shape of thing below AR in Charger looks like some kind of downward facing horn bell with a debris guard below it.

The thing that FSWood is referring to is an electronic bell, basically a loudspeaker with a rain guard on it.

It's just a regular E-bell like the kind found on GEVOs and SD70s
