Matthew Haskett - interesting find, and a lucky catch to photograph. Thank you for sharing this photo of an interesting piece of equipment. Since I was curious myself, I checked out your translation just to verify the accuracy. According to "Google Translate" - the EXACT wording on the side of this car above the windows translates to: "International Company of Wagons Beds and Large European Express" as you pointed out, and "Voiture-Restaurant" translates to: "Car-Restaurant"! Again - according to "Google Translate". Still, an interesting piece of equipment and nice photo. I would be interested in seeing this car after the P&N get the chance to restore and repair it properly.
