Posted by Dale Roth on December 3, 2016  Why is it so dark in the afternoon at 4:10 PM? Doesn't seem logical unless some tall buildings block the afternoon sun. Posted by Steve Carter on December 4, 2016  On that date, sunset was 4:20 pm. Throw in some clouds and it looks like that every day about this time of the year.
