Yikes! Close call for the folks in the blue house, whoever's shed that is across from it, and for the propane tank out by the grey trailer with rusty roof. Looking at Google Maps shows road in foreground to be River Lane and the Mississippi River to be just beyond trees at right, about 600 feet, 182 meters, from tracks.
