Posted by John Gleason on March 7, 2017  It spent a while posted up in the yard at Utica, NY last November following new CWR installation/replacement through Central NY on the old NYC Water Level Route. I'd imagine it's following a rail train and more new rail being laid as it tows the track geometry car.
