After doing a search on steamlocomotive.com, it seems like this style of tender was used on C&Os K3 class mikados. 100 of them were constructed in 1926, numbered 1210 - 1259 & 2300 - 2349, and they remained in service until they were replaced by diesels in 1952. I assume this tender has long since been scrapped, but can anyone confirm?

A similar tender was owned by the B&O Museum in Baltimore, but was sold some time ago. It used to be shuttled around Riverside Yard for many years, but I haven't been past there in the last year or so to confirm if it is still there. It had markings of RPCX 545.
