Wonder if the SOHIO truck is pulling fuel out of 3888 or is engaged in something unrelated.

As I recall they were putting it in. A crane (a highway version, not the bighook) was brought in to lift the front end and roll it back on track.

Ah, okay. I was thinking of potential damage to bottom of fuel tank.
