GE is still trying to figure out how the two-stroke works!

General Electric has actually been overhauling, leasing and selling EMDs for a few decades now. While GE may make their own locomotives, they also run a rather successful leasing company as well, which is by majority EMD products. Whatever makes money I suppose.
