Why would Norfolk Southern change the cab? The original cabs were plenty safe? Plus, they looked better in my opinion.

Thanks for the comments and follow up information. There were quite a few different paints schemes this time I was in Altoona - more than just the typical NS color schemes that are usually there.

The GO Transit unit in the background seems a bit out of place too.
