Slight elaboration / slight correction:
(1) this appears to be in Pete Messina's shop, where Pete a KCS tenant (as far as I know), not an operation of KCS proper; and
(2) it is in (unincorporated) Jefferson, LA, not Metairie; the southern border of Metairie is Airline Dr., and the KCS yard is (just) south of Airline.
