50 years ago, when I visited Expo 67, this crossing was at grade level. At that time, however, the passenger trains that ran over the D&H used the Canadian Pacific / Naperville Jct. line north of Rouses Point.

Yep, I believe this was a level crossing as recently as ten years ago or so.
