Well how smart a bridge and a railroad bridge at that with room for some pedestrians able to use it to cross to the other side. Trains are not always crossing a bridge, but a bridge always is always a bridge a helpful implement to humans on their ways to their destinations. I wonder if any elephants or tigers or any other wildlife lions or wild animals have decided to play king of the bridge in the middle of the night and whose going for a midnight swim. Maybe their is a sign on the ends of the bridge saying humans only.
