Man, the only way that scene could look any more run down would be to have the F up on cinder blocks with its wheels gone and to have one windshield side replaced by duct tape and plastic.

Bellows Falls, Vermont, wonderful place to spite of its run down appearance. My Mother found run down passenger service deplorable-she didn’t take us kids on a train. Sad state of railroading in the 1960’s. Appreciate you sharing this wonderful image!
