Yes they are. Yet they were by the time already midlife. So is is likely that this one was recently out of the shop. In those years it was by most European Railroads common practice to overhaul rolling stock very thouroughly after 15 years (midlife) of service. All series of these trainsets were retired between 2009 and 2016. Several sets were sold to Romenian railroad companies.
