I am astounded that this steam powered snow blower is self powered and can go anywhere it wants. However, was the boiler able to supply enough steam for the rotary blade AND it's engine at the same time?

Hi Dennis Ist possible but at a slower speed. Most of the time it was pushed by an electric to work efficently. But in case the catennary was brought down it could work alone. The Railway did not have any other Steamlocomotives only the two Blowers. Furthermore Steam Locos that can run on 7% grades are highly inefficient. Felix
