How do they switch the plant without wire? or does the plant switcher do all the work and leave the cars on the entry tracks for them to pick up and drop off?

The plant has a trackmobile to move cars around in the facility. The Iowa Traction just picks them up off a spur where there is wire so they can pick up and drop off cars.
