Ron Thomas, strictly a guess here, but I've read that the heritage shop in Cheyenne is so busy with the Big Boy that they are limiting the other units activities. Probably a lot simpler to use units from the regular fleet instead of sending out the E's. And I fully agree with everyone else, incredible shot!
