Posted by Tom Starr on July 31, 2018  Yes it is a GP8, possibly when new it was originally built as a EMD GP7, EMD never Built a GP8, GP10, GP11 . I think all GP8's,GP10's and GP11's were rebuilt by I.C. RR. 's PADUCAH SHOPS. Thank You JT Photography for sharing the photo.
