I’m assuming your talking about the UP Harahan Bridge to the left of the train and not the I-40 Bridge in the far left background. The Harahan Bridge has roadways on both sides which served automobile traffic from 1917-1949 when the Memphis-Arkansas Bridge was completed. The roadway on the north side (out of view) is now a pedestrian walkway and part of the Big River Crossing.
