Glad to see and read these, Greg. As tourists, we've been riders on these several times and greatly enjoyed the experiences. Never knew about this facility.

Nice series of street car photos. The street car barn/shops shown in your photos are sure kept in clean conditions. Altoona P.A. used to have a vast street car fleet and shops, but none of the street cars were saved and very few remnants of the street car railway exist today. Your photos provide a glimpse of what was lost in Altoona.
