Does the car behind the engine have a small 'RPO' apartment?

It is an RPO car but at this point contracts were gone. Don't think the Springfield only route ever had an RPO. The schedule was not good anyway. Best guess was being used as a baggage car, could have had a closed pouch mail section but I even doubt that as most of that had already gone to Star Routes trucks.
