I believe all of the F7B units for the rotaries are all ex SP. SP welded the carbodies when they were overhauled for this dedicated service.

The ex. DRGW F9B #5763 was sent from Cheyenne to Roseville two years ago to be rebuilt as a rotary snail. Several sites online show this to be that unit. As for the status of the previous SP/TNO heritage #8222, I do not know.
